Bootcamp

My fat loss Bootcamp diet, combined with the latest cutting edge exercises in regular fitness sessions, is designed to help lose stubborn body fat, give you a fitter, stronger body with more energy.
The month’s Bootcamp will comprise :
- 3 x fitness sessions a week : 2 very early morning sessions on a Mon and Fri (7.00 – 7.45 a.m.) plus an optional Wednesday evening session
- Diet plans
- Weight management (optional – depends on your personal preference)
- Daily on-line motivation/tips/homework – I will be your home personal trainer for the month!!
The fitness sessions will be held at the Haven Centre, Crawley Down.
I supply all fitness equipment and mats, you just bring yourself – plus a drink of water – plus lots of enthusiasm! The sessions will be good fun – I promise!!
The early morning sessions allow you to start the day feeling good having completed your exercises, and with increased energy for the rest of the day.
The Bootcamp is open to all fitness levels, as exercises will be set accordingly.
Proposed start date 18 July – I am currently taking feedback from would-be bootcampers re personal preferences, any holidays booked, etc, and will go with the 4 weeks that suits the majority.
So if you are interested, contact me as soon as poss with your preferred dates.
And it will be essential to book into the Bootcamp in advance, so I can start to prepare you!
Although my classes are pay-as-you- go, I do require pre-payment for the Bootcamp, price £60 for the month’s course (optional Wed evening classes charged on pay-as-you-go).
