Hi, nice to meet you
My name’s Julie, I’m a qualified fitness instructor with over 25 years’ experience in helping people reach their personal fitness goals through fun and engaging classes. We have a lot of enjoyment in my face to face classes, but covid pushed me out of my comfort zone to take some of my classes online. I am pleased to say that I still managed to make these classes enjoyable and after much positive feedback, will be retaining some online classes on my timetable when life returns to normal.
I first qualified in 1995 but since then have added to my qualifications over the years, and keep myself up to date with the latest exercise and training concepts to ensure my clients achieve their best results – and leave class with a smile!

My classes encompass a wide range of ages and fitness capabilities, so I always encourage clients to work to their own capability and provide alternative levels of exercises where needed.
