Thank you for your support and enthusiasm at my classes over the year, and hoping you feel better for having enjoyed all my “treats”!

Classes will be running as follows during December and January….

Monday
9.15 am Fitness Pilates at the Felbridge Village Hall
10.30 am Super Seniors at Felbridge 
on December 5th, NOT 12th, 19th………resuming Monday 9 January 

Tuesday
9.30 am Legs Bums Tums at the Haven Centre…..up to and including 20 December, resuming Tuesday 10 January 

Wednesday
9.00 am online Stretch class up to and including 21 December,
resuming 11 January
6.30 pm Fitness Pilates at the Haven Centre Dec 7 and 14, resuming 18 January re the panto in the Haven Centre

Friday
9.00 am online Fitness Pilates Dec 2nd, NOT the 9th, and Dec 16
resuming Friday 13 January
