Frequently asked questions

How much do the classes cost?
All daytime classes are £7.00, evening classes are £8.00, for a full hour.

Do I have to pay a joining fee or make a block-booking payment?
Absolutely not, all classes are pay-as-you-go, so you don’t lose any money if you can’t attend class at all. Pre-payment is required for any Bootcamps, however (see bootcamp page for more details).

What do I wear to class?
Loose, comfy clothing. For pilates footwear is not needed, but all the other classes good supportive trainers are important.

Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
Please bring your own mat, hand weights, small Pilates ball if you have one for Pilates, a bottle of water – and plenty of enthusiasm!

I’ve never exercised before – will I cope with the class?
Whichever type of class you were thinking of attending, if you’ve never exercised before you will be given alternatives so that you can work to your own pace. Please arrive at class a little earlier on your first session so that I can have a one to one chat with you before we start.

Is there free parking?
All venues have plenty of free parking.

Do classes run during the school holidays?
Yes, I aim to run as full a class timetable as possible throughout the year – excluding any Bank holidays – and my own annual leave.

All classes are a full hour.
