Class introduction

To keep us all fit and active during these unusual times, you can now join me a few times a week remotely with my online fitness classes. All you need is a laptop or tablet and plenty of space to attend.

These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

To join, all you need is a laptop or tablet with Zoom installed and plenty of space to exercise. You will also need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) form before your first class, which you can securely submit online here.

I sometimes use fitness equipment, e.g. light hand weights with the Monday Pilates class, so if you don’t have anything at home, I can advise where to buy cheaply online, or how to adapt with items indoors, or you may of course do the exercises without.
