March 2021

Hi wonderful class member

If I haven’t seen you at my online classes, I hope you are continuing to stay well, and are managing to keep active with some homework during these times – at least Spring is on its way with the recent glorious weather, so getting outside has never been more enjoyable.

Re classes back at halls, I will continue to check government guidelines and keep you all posted.  Currently gov.uk states that indoor exercise classes can’t resume until after 17 May.  I will of course post updates here.  In the meantime, I am continuing to run my online classes via Zoom, so if you would like to join in please contact me for the Zoom invite.  Some classes are recorded, so you get homework as well!

My online classes are running as follows :

Monday : 9.30 am Weights + Fitness Pilates

Wednesday : 9.00 am – Morning Stretch class

Thursday : 2.30 pm  Seated Fitness class

Friday  : 9.30 am Fitness Pilates…………..all via Zoom

ALSO A ONE-OFF TREAT – STABILITY BALL ONLINE MASTERCLASS later this month – date TBC – .so dust off those stability balls that may be lurking in garages, or treat yourself to an inexpensive one online, and let’s have some bouncing fitness fun!! The session will be recorded so you can have the link after class to “enjoy” doing homework on your ball.

So if you are able to download the Zoom app, and would like to take part in my online sessions, please contact me by email to let me know.

And for my seniors, if you haven’t got one already, I still have some copies of my DVD Fitness for Seniors, which I am happy to post out to you.

Remember a little bit of exercise/activity is good for the mind as well as the body – and helps boost the immune system.

If you have any queries at all about any home workouts you are wanting to do, please do not hesitate to contact me, you will get extra brownie points for doing homework (!) and I will be only too happy to help with any exercise queries.

And I will continue to keep you updated about my classes back in the community.  In the meantime, keep well, keep active, keep safe.

Remember – you are wonderful!!

My very best regards
Miss Julie x
